For the women who desire to move towards their goals but are unsure how to get there and need more guidance and support.

Do you do Fitness programs?
Yes, the base of your 1:1 coaching with me will be your fitness program that runs is updated every 4 weeks. This program will be completely customised to you, your goals and your time availability.
Can you help me with Nutrition?
Yes, I am certified advanced nutrition and health coach as well as performance nutrition coach. My approach is completely personalised to you, your goals and where you are in your journey with a big focus on creating beautiful relationship with nutrition and nourishing your body
I am a beginner, is this suitable for me?
Absolutely, it is suitable for every woman whether you are a beginner, more advanced, pregnant or prenatal. Every program and bit of protocol is created just FOR YOU and personalised to your journey.
Is there a minimum term?
I strongly believe it takes at least 12 weeks to start to reap the benefits of your new actions, patterns and mindset and for proper consistency and routine to form. For this reason, our minimum term is 12 weeks
