A sample meal plan of how you can set up your day to get adequate serves of fruit, vegetables and protein
1 simple habit for you to try and hit daily so that you get a sense of accomplishment by the end of the week!
1 mini coaching check-in to reflect on your week and see how you went, what worked and what could do better.
1 optional 30-minute mini-goal strategy session done VIA phone call or Zoom
